Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered applications.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Completed work will be delivered upon payment of outstanding invoices.
